Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Start your safari adventure with a scenic drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Known for its massive elephant herds, this park also features the iconic baobab trees and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive through the park, spotting giraffes, zebras, and lions. After a fulfilling day, head to your lodge or campsite near Tarangire.
Day 2: Tarangire to Mara River
Depart for the Mara River area in the northern Serengeti region, famous for the dramatic river crossings during the Great Migration. After arriving, enjoy your first game drive along the Mara River, where you’ll witness large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Stay overnight near the Mara River, immersing yourself in the vibrant wildlife of the area.
Day 3: Mara River Exploration
Continue your exploration of the Mara River area. This day offers the opportunity to witness the famous Mara River crossings (if visiting during migration season). Day 4: Mara River to Serengeti National Park

Enjoy a game drive and witness the abundance of predators and prey. Stay overnight in Serengeti, where you’ll have time to relax after an exciting day of wildlife encounters.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Spend the full day in Serengeti, with morning and afternoon game drives. Whether you’re tracking the Big Five or watching the ongoing migrations (seasonal), Serengeti’s landscape offers endless opportunities for discovery. Return to your accommodation for a restful evening.
Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, head to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the best wildlife viewing areas in the world. Descend into the crater for a game drive and spot rhinos, lions, elephants, and flamingos. After a picnic lunch within the crater, ascend to the rim and head to your accommodation near Ngorongoro for the night.
Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Eyasi
Travel to Lake Eyasi, known for its cultural diversity and remote location. Here, you’ll have the unique opportunity to meet the Hadzabe tribe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer groups. Participate in a traditional hunt with the Hadzabe and visit the Datoga tribe to learn about their blacksmithing traditions. Stay overnight near Lake Eyasi.
Day 8: Lake Eyasi to Lake Manyara
